Arrive at Zurich airport and travel to Lucern with Swiss pass and checkin to hotel. Exploration starts from next day.
Day 1: Titlis and Lucerne
Morning: Start your day early by heading to Engelberg from Lucerne by train. Journey till Engelberg is included in Swiss Pass. Once in Engelberg, take the cable car to Mount Titlis. Engelberg to Titlis needs extra ticket (48 fr).Experience the rotating gondola ride and enjoy the stunning panoramic views from the summit. Titlis has lot of fun activities. After descending from Titlis, return to Lucern. Total trip generally take around 5 to 6 hrs.
Food : There is restaurant at Titlis top and at Engelberg. If you want to save on food then carry things like burgers, sandwiches from Grocery shops Coop, Migros.
Evening: Explore Lucerne, visiting attractions like the Chapel Bridge (Kapellbrücke), the Lion Monument, and wandering through the charming Old Town. If you are tired by the titlis activities then you can also do Lucern on day 2 we have left some breathing space there.
Evening: Enjoy dinner at one of Lucerne’s restaurants and take a leisurely stroll along the lake promenade. There are also option of dinner cruise on Lucern lake. Its a unique experience.
Day 2: Pilatus Mountain / Zermatt Mountain
For Pilatus : From Lucern go to Alpnachstad. This is base of Pilatus. Till here journey is included in Swiss pass. Buy extra ticket for the Golden Trip(discount with Swiss travel pass). Alpnachstad to Pilatus Kulhn is world’s steepest cogwheel train. Return is to Kriens buy rope way. There is also famous ride shown in movie Bachna e hasino (extra 10fr ticket). Return to Lucern from Kriens by train. You can explore Lucern if remaining.
For Zermatt : From Lucern, travel to Zermatt village with Swiss pass. Explore the village and walk or take bus to rope way station. Buy ticket to Zermatt glacier paradise around 50fr (discounted with Swiss travel pass) . Check our video for detail activities there.
Spend your day and back to Lucern.
Day 3: Stanserhorn Mountain
Morning: Checkout from hotel but keep luggage there. Its safe and hotel provide that service. From Lucern go to Stanserhorn mountain. This whole journey to top of Stanserhorn mountain is included in Swiss pass. No extra ticket required. Highlight is the open cable car and cute little toy train experience. You get fantastic view of lakes from top. Check our video for details.
Evening: Pick up your luggage from Lucern hotel and travel to Interlaken from Lucern and checkin to hotel.
Day 4: Brienz Cruise, Lauterbrunnen, and Interlaken
Morning: All the journey for this whole day is included in Swiss pass. Travel from Lucerne/Interlaken to Brienz by train. Upon arrival, embark on a scenic cruise on Lake Brienz. Cruise is already included in Swiss pass. Admire the picturesque landscapes and charming villages along the way. Get down at Interlaken Ost and take a train to Lauterbrunnen, nestled in a stunning valley with cascading waterfalls. Explore the village and marvel at the breathtaking scenery.
In Lauterbrunnen there are 2 famous waterfalls. Staubbach Falls (free) and Trümmelbach Falls (extra 14 fr ticket, buy when you reach there). Check our videos to see if you want to visit them. Take some time to capture photos and soak in the romantic atmosphere.
Take the scenic train ride from Lauterbrunnen to Wengen, enjoying the views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.
Then go back to Interlaken. Upon arrival in Interlaken, explore the town and its charming streets, perhaps indulging in some shopping for Swiss souvenirs. Visit the famous Jungfrau street, Yash Chopra statue.
Evening: Enjoy dinner at one of Interlaken’s restaurants, savoring Swiss cuisine while reflecting on the day’s adventures.
In 7 to 9 hours all these things can be completed. Head back to your hotel in Lucern (around 1.30 hr journey
Day 5: Jungfrau , Top of Europe
Morning: Checkout from hotel but keep luggage there. Go to Lauterbrunnen. Buy the Jungfrau ticket at SBB information counter(cost around 150 fr), tell them you have Swiss Pass. Route should be Lauterbrunnen-Jungfrau-Grindelwald(Eiger express). It will be the most scenic ride you have ever done. Do all activities at Jungfrau. Those are included in your ticket. Evening: Return to Grindelwald. On your trip back, you will stop at Eiger mountain. Spend time there. After that, pick up your luggage and travel to Zurich with Swiss pass, checkin to Zurich hotel.
Food: There are restaurants at Jungfrau and Grindelwald. Keep some food with you as always sandwiches , burgers etc.
Day 6: Rhine Falls and Zurich
Morning: Checkout hotel but keep luggage in hotel. Ask at hotel reception if they provide Zurich all zone pass for free (Sometime they provide for free). If not then buy Zurich all zone pass online (35fr). Whole journey for this day is included in this all zone pass. Travel from Zurich HB station to Schaffhausen, where the Rhine Falls are located. The journey takes you through beautiful Swiss countryside. Upon arrival, explore the majestic Rhine Falls, Europe’s largest waterfall. Take a boat ride (extra ticket) to get up close to the falls and feel the power of the cascading water. Check video for details. Then, take a train to Zurich.
Food : Enjoy lunch at one of the restaurants near the falls or pick up sandwiches or burgers from Migros , Coop.
Evening: Explore Zurich’s Old Town (Altstadt), including landmarks like the Grossmünster church and Fraumünster church. End your day with a relaxing walk along Lake Zurich and perhaps enjoy dinner at a lakeside restaurant. You can also plan a visit to Lindt chocolate factory (entry ticket 15fr). Travel is included in your pass.
End of the day, pick your luggage and travel to airport with the All Zone pass.
